Jade and Cat set out to get revenge for losing a rigged karaoke contest, and they recruit Tori to help them.
Cat and Jade get banned from a hip karaoke bar. Meanwhile, Tori nurses Trina after her wisdom teeth are removed.
Cat’s new boyfriend happens to be Tori’s old boyfriend, and she struggles to restrain her jealousy. Meanwhile Trina gets all her friends into using some illegally imported fish to get smoother feet.

Tori and Trina are on a plane ride which is delayed, and keeps Tori from finishing a homework assignment for script writing class, so she agrees to work on the script through a video chat with the help of Beck, Andre, and Cat. Unfortunateley, all end up facing distractions during the assignment. Among these distractions, Andre has to deal with his crazed grandmother, Beck is distracted by the jealousy of Jade, Cat is distracted by the special effects on her computer, and Tori is distracted by a fight between Trina and a little boy who keeps kicking her back seat.
A heat wave hits L.A. and Tori and the gang decide to go to Venice Beach to cool off. Beck volunteers to take everyone in his Airstream RV. Once there, Cat leaves to find a bathroom while the rest of the gang stay back to get their beach stuff ready. They try to leave but the vehicle door is blocked another RV, leaving them trapped in the unbearable heat. Meanwhile, Cat is hanging out with four boys, not knowing about the gang’s horrible ordeal.
Robbie is running into problems with his video news blog because it is stale and not very popular. However, Tori tells him that he can make it more interesting by uploading videos of his classmates’ lives. Unfortunately, Robbie gets into trouble with his classmates when he goes too far. Meanwhile, Cat gets addicted to online-shopping.
Tori encounters some bad luck when she gets a bad makeup job, which leaves her looking like a zombie. Things go from bad to worse when Tori has to give her first lead performance looking like a zombie on opening night.
Jade has second thoughts about breaking up with Beck, so she asks Tori to help her win Beck back. Also, Robbie warns Trina that she is going to get a bad review for her one-woman show.
Trina’s birthday is a big deal in her world and because of this, Tori struggles to find the perfect birthday gift for Trina. André suggests that she writes a song, so as a gift from the heart. She then decides to write an amazing pop song for Trina as a present. However, an ungrateful Trina decides to turn her birthday gift into cash by selling the song, because she thinks it isn’t an actual gift since Tori didn’t spend any money on it. Meanwhile, Robbie is asked by his grandmother to teach her about computers, and Cat decides to tag along. She regrets it, however, when Robbie’s Grandmother shows a deep dislike of her.
Tori gets a chance to perform an act of stage fighting, but things look bad for her when she gets paired up with Jade. However, when the two perform their scene, she encounters a problem when she is accused of deliberately hurting Jade during a fight scene. Meanwhile, Trina struggles with Robbie’s constant displays of affection after an on-stage kiss.
Tori finds out that everyone who attends Hollywood Arts must complete “The Bird Scene.” So, she works hard on preparing the monologue for her drama class. Elsewhere, André and Robbie enroll in a ballet class to meet girls, but their plan backfires.
Tori Vega gets the chance of a lifetime, after filling in for her sister’s performing act, she is given the opportunity to attend the elite Hollywood Arts High School. However, fitting in proves difficult when she is targeted by Jade when she sees her with her boyfriend, which causes her to wonder if she truly belongs there.
When Mom comes home, Jessie heads to L.A. for a role in a movie. But when the kids realize that they still need her, they follow her to Hollywood!
Jessie has to relearn all the “special skills” she listed on her resume for a commercial that she booked. Meanwhile, Ravi convinces Luke that a meteor is headed towards Earth.
While trick-or-treating, Stuart warns the Ross kids about a ghost named Abigail. Then, at a masquerade party, Jessie meets a mysterious, masked boy who she falls for.
When Mrs. Kipling becomes a celebrity, it puts a strain on her relationship with Ravi. Meanwhile, Bertram preps Emma for an audition and Zuri tries to be more independent.

In the final part of the “Rossed at Sea” three-parter, Jessie abruptly ends the Ross family vacation because the kids are constantly fighting. They wind up in a pickle when they find the yacht the next morning floating in the middle of the sea with no captain or crew in sight.
While exploring an Italian island, the Ross family’s tour guide tells a story about Jessie’s necklace, and how its curse brings anyone who wears it bad luck in love.
While on vacation, the Ross family finds a girl stranded in the middle of the ocean and invites her aboard their yacht. Meanwhile, Bertram stays home and babysits Mrs. Kipling, who has separation anxiety from Ravi.
Bertram has had enough, so decides to quit and to go work for Mrs. Chesterfield. Meanwhile, the Ross family hires a new butler, Roger, who takes his job very seriously.
Emma wants her license, so Jessie teaches her how to drive. Ravi and Luke accidentally break one of Zuri’s games, forcing a stand-off.
In an effort to help Ravi make friends, Jessie takes him to a MENSA meeting in the park. However, their new friends, Madeline and Scott, may be too good to be true.
When the kids are snowed in at the penthouse, an epic game of capture the flag ensues. Allegiances are tested, tricks are pulled and everyone goes a little overboard.
