In the Cold War years of the 1970s, an American patrol boat meets a Soviet ship off the east coast of the United States for talks about fishing rights in the Atlantic. How do seven young people, former street children from Romania, get to see the Pacific Ocean? On 1 December 2008, a Romanian national team participates for the first time in the Homeless World Cup in Melbourne, Australia. The film follows the team from the formation of the squad to the end of the championship. The young people are from Timisoara and Arad, runaway children who now live in abandoned houses or who have managed to get a job and live in rented accommodation after going through orphanages or prisons. After taking a beating from many teams, the young Romanians manage to beat the USA. They are happy. They are all thinking of never going “home” again. It’s warm and nice here, the people are nice. “In case I stay, I kissed you all!” says one of them cautiously. But after taking pictures of themselves on the beach with the ocean behind them and beautiful girls by their side, the seven return to Romania and get on with their lives.

Borcuse’s army manage to break the Krisnan’s first defense line and the battle moves into the streets. Sigyn’s men manage to find Delphine and repairs it while its automatic cooling system is still operating. When the Delphine cools, Rygart leaps to defend the kingdom and fought Borcuse. Sigyn delivers the make shift weapon to Rygart and he initially unable to fight Borcuse because he is too fast but when Borcuse’s Golen’s leg cracks, Rygart damages it. Borcuse comes out of the cockpit and use his handgun to shoot at Rygart replaying Girghe’s last moment. Rygart kills him and Borcuse’s army lost. Zess upon hearing Cleo’s escape decides to find her.

The one is either a person from outside, or as them, a person who is serving time in prison. Our intention was to talk to the people found in the special situation of being deprived of freedom, to whom love becomes a substitute for freedom and represents maybe their only hope for a better future.

Rumania’s entry in the 1958 Cannes Film Festival was the excessively melodramatic Ciulinii Bărăganului. The title translates as Fools of Bărăgan, in reference to a band of beleaguered feudal Rumanian peasants. But these are no fools: instead, they are fearless freedom fighters, organizing a brave (though foredoomed) revolt against the tyranny of the landowners. The parallels drawn between the people of Bărăgan and Russia’s revolutionary leaders are all but impossible to miss. It would have been nice, however, if the story had not been told in such a heavy-handed, spell-it-all-out fashion.
