Detective Harvey Price has been transferred over to a new unit, where he is to befriend his new and intelligent partner Alexander Boston , together, both Alex and Harvey must put their differences to the side so they can tackle a new threat, with very limited help from the corrupt police service they work for. Price is to be challenged both mentally and physically when he is face to face with his cities newest and greatest wanted criminal, known as The Arsonist.

Unbelievable!!!!!, the film, is an homage and parody of B-rated Science Fiction movies of the 1950’s and 1960’s. The dialogue is intentionally stilted and wooden as are the special effects. The sets, costumes and props are all purposefully of makeshift quality. However, the plot is solid and propels the characters through the entire story as though it has a serious intent or statement. An elite group of vice cops are fired from the L.A.P.D. for being over-zealous in their war against drugs. It is immediately apparent that some of their superiors are involved in the drug ring.
