Ji-yeon, a tollgate ticket girl, is frightened by a mysterious black car, which pays a bloodstained ticket fee at midnight. Her fear deepens after her colleague, Jong-sook, tells her that 12 years earlier a prisoner transport vehicle caused a traffic accident wherein all the prisoners involved died – and some of the corpses disappeared. Afterwards, a murder occurred near the tollgate on February 29th every four years. Soon, odd events become increasingly frequent, usually involving a doppelganger of Ji-yeon. When Jong-sook is killed on the fateful February 29th, Ji-yeon – with the help of two detectives – starts looking into matters herself.

So begins a blood soaked battle aboard the train as the Toymaker and the killer doll take on the Nazis. It’s a fight to the death and only the victor will get off at the next stop.
As a young child Luther The Geek or “The Freak” witnesses a band of men goading a geek (a man who bites off chicken’s heads and drinks the blood) into performing. In the ensuing hullabaloo, Luther bites his lip and likes the taste of blood. Flash forward some thirty years and a parole board is meeting to discuss Luther’s release. It seems the cheeky blighter has been murdering folk in the meantime. A dopey parole board trainee sides with the liberals and so Luther is unleashed, except now he has a special pair of customized metal teeth. Luther then proceeds to “bite the heads off” of many hapless folk until the tense ending. This movie is most notable for it’s bare dialog, whole stretches pass without a sound. Most of the audio is composed of Luther clucking insanely like a chicken.
