Shambhunath Mishra, a retired middle school teacher is living a mundane middle-class life with his wife Manju Mishra in Gwalior. Life takes a complete turn for the Mishra family when a situation gets out of hand and it leads to a killing at the hands of Shambhunath Mishra. Mishra ji has very little time to plan cautiously to turn this into a “perfect murder” and leave no trace behind.
Anirudh aka Anu lives in Allahabad and along with his friends, he makes local movies and also runs a gang that lets students cheat in exams. His life changes completely when he meets Maithili, whose father hires Anu to help her clear her exams.

The gang of five — Gopal, Madhav, Lucky, Laxman and Laxman, again! are orphans who have been raised in Seth Jamnadas’ orphanage in Ooty. When they return to their orphanage to mourn the death of their mentor, they hear that an avaricious builder, Vasu Reddy and his associate, Nikhil have designs on the ashram and the adjoining plot owned by Colonel Chouhan. The jugadu gang decides to stall the builders. However, they realise that in their absence, some friendly ghosts too have started to reside in the area. Anna Mathew, who can talk to spirits, acts as the guide to the gang.
Jassi Randhawa (Ajay Devgan) is an unemployed good-for-nothing man who receives a letter from the Punjab government about buying his property in Punjab. To sell the property, Jassi leaves for Punjab. However, Billu’s family has to follow one Punjabi rule: A guest in the house should never be harmed. Now, Billu must wait for Jassi to leave the house to kill him. Jassi learns about it and comes up with a hilarious plan to foil Billu’s shenanigans.
