The Djinn having been released from his ancient prison seeks to capture the soul of the woman who discovered him, thereby opening a portal and freeing his fellow Djinn to take over the earth.
Taran is an assistant pigkeeper with boyish dreams of becoming a great warrior. In between rebelling against his sponsor (a fried chicken chain)’s promotion gimmicks (like making him dress up in giant chicken suit) he spends the rest of the movie trying to bed the buxom Pembrook.
