Fantastic story of the first half of the XIX century about a monk named Ivan who must fight the dark forces in his monastery.

Monkey King comes to life as a young boy named MK, obsessed with the legends of old, discovers Monkey King’s magical staff. After witnessing Red Son and Princess Iron Fan release the Demon Bull King from his prison under the mountain, MK accidentally grabs Monkey King’s magical staff and escapes, sending him on a journey to return the staff to Monkey King in order for him to save the day.

At the beginning of chaos, the first demon in the world was born, named Yuandi, and was worshipped as the ancestor of demons. Thousands of years later, the former demon king Sun Wukong is rescued from the Five Elements Mountain by Monk Tang, who promises to protect him and go to the West to get the scriptures.

Tang Monk brings three disciples on a journey to the West. On the outside, everything seems harmonious. However, tension is present beneath the surface, and their hearts and minds are not in agreement. After a series of demon-capturing events, the monk and his disciples gain mutual understanding of each others’ hardships and unease. Finally, they resolve their inner conflict and work together to become an all-conquering, demon-exorcising team.

Another chapter in the Journey to the West saga, this time Tang Sanzang and his disciples must attempt to cross Fiery Mountain. But the region is controlled by demons led by the Bull King, and it seems that Sun Wukong’s own past may prove to be a bigger obstacle than the volcano blocking their way.

During the Late Tang Dynasty, a manor is invaded by a demon cat and a sense of unrest befalls the capital of Changan. A poet is charged with investigating the case and meets up with a monk. The two work together and pull apart the thread of clues to reveal a history of truths leading to the events.

Chan-young, a young journalist, is sent to investigate a village which has supposedly been possessed by demons. The incidents taking place have been so strange and terrifying that local shamans and other religious leaders have simply given up, abandoning the town. But upon her arrival, Chan-young discovers that an all-star team of supernaturally-inclined heroes has assembled to rid the village of evil. This team includes Mr. PARK the exorcist, Shi-min the monk, Wol-gwang the clairvoyant, Seung-hee the tarot master, and Seok-hyeon, an engineer. Chan-young follows the heroes as they prepare for an epic battle against the village’s evil forces.
