Elena and Ivan are getting ready to enter into a new phase in their life. They are leaving the metropolis of Barcelona to settle in the Catalan countryside, where they are taking over a cork oak plantation. Not only will the business pay for their living, but they also want to exploit the plantation equitably and sustainably. But despite their ideals, Elena and Ivan soon find themselves in a crisis which will endanger not only their project, but also their relationship.

Tetsuro is living with his young girlfriend Aki in a pleasant house in Tokyo. They both spend a lot of time at their jobs. However their routine is upset when Tetsuro brings his 8-year-old son Shun to live with them, while his ex-wife recovers from a car accident.

Sawako worked as an emergency physician at a university hospital. Due to to a situation, she returns to her father Tatsuro’s home in Ishikawa Prefecture. She then begins to work at the local Mahoroba Clinic. She works with the clinic director Toru, Nurse Mayo and staff Seiji. Seiji, who worked with Sawako at the university hospital, followed her and works with her again. Mahoroba Clinic provides home healthcare to patients. Sawako visits the patients’ homes and provides treatment there. At first, she has a hard time due to the different system. She becomes acclimated to the different system and finds a way to deal with the patients, their lives, and their families. –asianwiki

In the future, one can achieve immortality by obtaining a mechanized body. Orphaned, young Tetsuro hitches a ride on the space train Galaxy Express 999 in the hope of obtaining a cyborg body to avenge his mother’s death. Along the way, he meets Maetel, who is the spitting image of his dead mother.

Japan falls into chaos after the earthquake in eastern Japan. The Japanese government then learns from the American CIA that uranium is being smuggled in Japan. The anti-terrorism investigators led by Kenji Sumimoto (Atsuro Watabe) attempt to uncover the truth by tracking the wife of a company president who is suspected of being the contact for the terrorists. An undercover Korean policeman (Kim Kang-Woo) helps the case.

Beppu Sumire is a wedding planner who works for True Love Bridal (TLB), a well-established wedding hall. Her late mother, Sakura, showered love on her and would always tell her that she is lovely. After she passed away, Sumire lived with her father, Tetsuro. Sumire gave up on her own romance long ago because of her disappointing looks. But she works hard with a smile even when she gets scolded by her stern superior, Umemiya Hitomi, her impertinent junior, Sudo Yuri, pins trouble on her, and her relationship with her father is not working out, in order to bring smiles to many people’s faces.

Ginko’s younger brother Tetsuro, a failed comedian, is the oddball of the family. Embarrassing, loud and plain inappropriate at times causes Ginko to disown him. The two reunite when she discovers Tetsuro is terminally ill. Tetsuro’s impending death marks the beginning of love and toleration.

Based on the story by manga master Leiji Matsumoto (The Cockpit, Queen Emeraldas), the 55 minute featurette picks up one year after the events of Galaxy Express 999 in which a young boy named Tetsuro and his motherly companion Matel worked to rid the universe on the Mechanized Empire who had taken over Earth.
