French Basque Country, year 1609. The men of the region have gone to sea. Amaia participates with other girls of the village in a coven celebrated in the forest. Judge Rostegui, who has been charged by the king with ridding the country of the devil’s wiles, arrests them and accuses them of witchcraft.

Andy is a new teacher at a inner city high school that is like nothing he has ever seen before. There is metal detectors at the front door and everything is basically run by a tough kid named Peter Stegman.
