Jason Chan, a Hong Kong lawyer, is angry at the way the law protects criminals and decides to take the law into his own hands, dishing out vigilante justice when a key witness and his entire family are murdered. But hotshot cop Cindy Si is soon on Chan’s case, and the situation unravels into a fight that only a few will survive.

Shep Ramsey is an interstellar hero, righting wrongs, etc. His ship is damaged after a fight with an interstellar nasty and he must hide out on Earth until it can recharge. He leaves his power suit at home, but still finds himself unable to allow wrongs to go unrighted and so mixes it up with bad drivers, offensive paperboys, muggers and the like.

Criminal Gavin Matthews finds himself an unwilling recruit, who’s identity and past has been erased by “The Corporation,” a secret underground organization that acts as a rogue “Justice Department,” righting the wrongs the courts cannot. Now, held with other “recruits” at The Corporation’s training and reeducation facility, Matthews and the others will become useful and professional assassins…or they will be eliminated. As his training is completed, Matthews and his trainer discover The Corporation’s true purpose and learn they are to be eliminated when their assignment is complete. Now they must execute their own form of justice before it’s too late.
